Head of Digital Audience Growth & Engagement

Sky News is seeking a strategic Head of Audience – Digital to lead growth, engagement and conversion across our digital platforms. You will align editorial judgement with audience insight and commercial priorities to deliver distinctive, video-first experiences.

You’ll work with editorial, product, data and marketing teams to design end-to-end audience journeys, set platform priorities and drive long-term subscriber value while maintaining Sky’s editorial standards.
