I’m partnering with a established consumer business to hire a Senior Legal Counsel to join it’s legal team in an exciting role which offer strong autonomy and growth opportunities with a supporting its global franchise operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong commercial lawyer with franchise experience to play a key role in advising on complex commercial arrangements, supporting international growth.

Your experience:

• England & Wales Qualified Lawyer
• Experience advising on franchise agreements, licence agreements ideally within an international In-House business or private practice.
• A practical, commercially minded approach, with the ability to provide risk based advice and work closely with stakeholders across the business.
