Commercial HVAC Service Manager

D&L HVAC & Sheet Metal is hiring a driven Commercial HVAC Service Manager for our local shop in Florence, South Carolina. We need a go-getter who takes initiative, leads by example, and motivates a team to deliver exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop commercial HVAC service technicians
• Coordinate service work, set priorities, and keep jobs moving
• Help technicians troubleshoot challenging equipment problems
• Drive service quality, productivity, and safe work practices
• Take ownership of results and help grow our Florence service business

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC building service experience required
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive mindset and the drive to get things done
• A commitment to customer service, quality workmanship, and accountability
• EPA Universal and valid driver’s license
