Caravan Southbank in London is recruiting a brilliant Senior Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen team as we open a new two-floor, multi-bar restaurant and deliver the Caravan standard of hospitality from day one.

As Senior Sous Chef you’ll set health and safety standards, coach and develop the kitchen crew, ensure every dish is cooked to spec, manage stock and costs, and work closely with the wider team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
