Autonomous General Manager — Lead a Fresh-Food Pub (London)

Young’s is seeking an entrepreneurial General Manager to run one of our premium fresh-food pubs in London. You will partner with the head chef and operations manager, decide on the menu, write recipes, and plan events that fit the business vision.

You will lead a community-focused team, recruit and develop staff, and foster exceptional customer service while growing the business. A flexible, autonomous role with strong hospitality focus.
