Controls Quality & Methodology Lead — Flexible Working

Legal & General in Cardiff seeks a Controls Quality and Methodology Lead to maintain the quality, consistency and effectiveness of our control framework within Retail. You will own review methodologies, testing standards and QA processes to provide credible and repeatable evidence.

Collaborating across Retail, you will embed consistent testing practices, strengthen review quality and ensure methodologies reflect regulatory expectations and evolving business needs.
