THE ARTISAN COLLECTION
The Artisan Drinks Co. collection consists of a range of mixers and functional soft drinks, crafted to make you feel good. Our Mixer collection features 12 flavours: Classic London Tonic, Skinny London Tonic, Pink Citrus Tonic, Violet Blossom Tonic, Yuzu Tokyo Tonic, Barrel Smoked Cola, Smooth Ginger Ale, Fiery Ginger Beer, Agave Lemon, Tailor Made Lemonade, Bubbly Soda Water and Pink Grapefruit Soda.
Our Feel Good Soda’s are functional soft drinks full of flavour: Spicy Ginger Soda, Pink Grapefruit Soda and Cloudy Lemon Soda, all with vitamins and electrolytes.

YOUR ROLE AT ARTISAN DRINKS
This is a big one. As our Supply Chain Manager, reporting to our Co-Founder, you’ll keep Artisan flowing, from production planning with our contract packers and sourcing ingredients and packaging, right through to getting our drinks out the door with our logistics and fulfilment partners. You’ll help launch new SKUs and drive innovation across the business. If you love a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and challenges don’t faze you, you’ll fit right in.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day supply chain
Oversee production planning and fulfilment for our Mixers and Feel Good Soda’s, managing pre- and post-production processes. Work with the sales team on forecasting so production and stock keep pace with demand. Alongside our Team Manager, manage our logistics and eCommerce partners to ensure timely, complete deliveries within agreed pricing.
Optimise supply chain relationships and processes
Manage and negotiate ingredient and packaging supplier partnerships with formal KPIs and quarterly reviews. Deliver COGS targets while maintaining quality and service, optimise supply chain processes including invoice approval and PO checks, and manage stock levels to target, reporting on stock age and preventing write-offs.
Quality and compliance
Own quality management across our supply chain, including QC audits with our contract packers, supplier quality KPIs and our non-conformance (NCR) process. Lead our readiness for the UK Deposit Return Scheme (DRS) and manage our packaging and EPR data and reporting.
Innovation and supply chain development
Drive innovation across our Mixers and Feel Good Soda ranges, including optimising multi-pack solutions for 250ml cans and 200ml bottles, and support the wider team on export projects and new market launches.
B Corp commitments
Work with our Team Manager to make sure we deliver on all our commitments as a certified B Corporation, including our continuous improvement plan and the supply chain and sustainability data needed for B Corp reporting.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- FMCG operations or supply chain experience, ideally in drinks and contract packing
- Confident running production plans and juggling multiple suppliers and stakeholders
- A natural leader who builds ownership and accountability
- Experienced at managing projects and driving change
- A clear communicator and problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail
- Know your way around Excel and have a passion for streamlining processes with AI
