Brighton Corporate Finance Executive — Deal Execution & BD

FRP Advisory Group in Brighton is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Finance Executive to join our growing practice. The role is hands-on, with live deal execution and exposure to clients, senior team members and ongoing transactions from start to finish.

You will support deal teams with go-to-market collateral, information memoranda, and financial modelling, while coordinating with legal, due diligence, and client teams. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
