We recruit across all practice areas and seniority levels, offering permanent, retained, contract and interim solutions. With teams in Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Edinburgh and Glasgow, we are now growing our presence in London.

The Opportunity

We are looking for ambitious recruiters to cover the London legal market. This is a true 360 role: you’ll own the full recruitment cycle, from winning new business to placing the candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of London law firm clients, winning new business through proactive business development
• Generate and engage candidates through headhunting, networking, LinkedIn and market mapping
• Take client briefs and manage vacancies from instruction to offer and onboarding
• Advise candidates on their career options, the market and the interview process
• Build long-term relationships with Partners, Legal Directors, HR and Talent teams
• Develop a strong understanding of the London legal market, including firm cultures, practice areas and remuneration trends
• Work closely with the wider LC Legal team to share market insight and best practice

About You

• Experienced legal recruiter, or from a similar background (such as legal, professional services or another recruitment sector) with a keen interest in making the move into legal recruitment
• Commercial, driven and motivated by targets and reward
• Confident communicator who can build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders
• Resilient, self-motivated and comfortable running your own desk
• Genuine curiosity about the legal market and what makes law firms and lawyers tick
