Job Description:
We are looking for an individual to oversee the gas services contract and compliance for the c.10,000 residential homes under direct and indirect management of the Council.
The suitable candidate will have demonstrable experience in managing and delivering effective contracts, ensuring all works are delivered to a high standard and within budgets. If is essential they have extensive knowledge of all aspects of gas safety regulations as relates to residential properties; they will likely come from another local authority or housing association background.
Also interested to see candidates with strong Electrical compliance experience alongside the Gas experience.
