Employment Associate- Mid Sized City law firm

Overview

In this role you will support employers and senior executives across a broad range of employment law matters, spanning contentious and non-contentious work. You will handle employment litigation in tribunals and High Court, provide ongoing advisory support to a variety of employers, and conduct workplace investigations. You will also assist with corporate matters such as restructuring and TUPE, and advise senior executives on bonuses, exits, covenants, and settlement agreements. Responsibilities

• Act for employers and senior executives across contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Litigate in tribunals and High Court
• Provide ongoing employment advisory work to a range of employers
• Conduct workplace investigations
• Support corporate matters including restructuring and TUPE
• Advise senior executives on bonus disputes, exits, covenants, and settlement agreements

Key requirements

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 3-5 PQE
• 3-5 years UK employment law experience within a UK law firm
