Responsibilities

• Advise on public law, health law and regulatory matters
• Conduct and defend judicial review proceedings
• Draft pre-action correspondence, pleadings and court documents
• Support clients with information law matters (FOIA, DPA, EIR)
• Advise healthcare and life sciences organisations on regulatory issues

Key requirements

• Solcitor with experience in public law, regulatory law or healthcare-related matters
• Experience with NHS organisations, government bodies, regulators or public sector clients advantageous
