SEND Reform Project & Change Manager (Hybrid)

Somerset Council is seeking a Project and Change Manager to lead the SEND Reform Programme, focusing on the Experts at Hand model for children and young people aged 0–25 across Somerset.

You will deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard, coordinating with education, health and council partners to drive sustainable change and better outcomes for communities.
