Responsibilities

• Advise a broad client base on complex family law matters (financial remedy, private children, cohabitation, high net worth cases)
• Manage a personal caseload with minimal supervision
• Support professional clients and entrepreneurs on sensitive family issues
• Collaborate with a recognised specialist team on high-quality privately funded matters
• Engage in business development and networking to grow client relationships

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Ideally 3+ years’ PQE
• Strong experience handling privately funded family law matters
• Proven expertise in financial remedy and private children work
• Excellent technical ability and commercial awareness
• Experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills
