Construction (Non-Contentious) Solicitor

Overview

Senior non-contentious construction solicitor sought for a top-tier UK law firm’s Projects, Development and Construction team. You will handle high-calibre, complex work across real estate, regeneration and infrastructure, advising across procurement, drafting and negotiating construction documentation. The role supports a broad client base including developers, investors and contractors, with hybrid work and a clear path to progression. You will lead matters, mentor junior lawyers and shape procurement strategies from project inception. Responsibilities

• advise on procurement strategies from project inception
• draft and negotiate construction and development documentation (JCT, NEC, EPC/EPCM, bespoke)
• lead matters and supervise junior lawyers
• advise a broad client base across real estate, housing, regeneration, infrastructure, healthcare and energy sectors
• support hybrid working arrangement and contribute to team growth and development

Key requirements

• minimum of 6 years’ PQE in non-contentious construction
• demonstrable experience leading matters
