Associate – Health & Care Regulatory – Bristol – 2+ Years PQE

Overview

In this role you will support organisations in health, social care, education and housing with regulatory matters. You will handle a varied advisory and litigation caseload and act in inquests, Tribunals, and Court of Protection hearings. You will contribute to client care and business development while working within a collaborative team. The opportunity includes exposure to safeguarding, regulatory enforcement, and children’s law, offering meaningful, high-impact work in a leading regulatory practice.

Responsibilities

Key requirements

• 2+ PQE with experience in health and social care law
