UKG Workforce Management Consultant – up to 85,000 + Bonus

Overview

In this role you will lead the configuration, maintenance and optimization of UKG Pro WFM to support a large-scale retail transformation. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT and Operations to improve workforce planning, labour efficiency and compliance across multiple locations. You will analyze, forecast and report on staffing and costs, while ensuring data accuracy and system reliability. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a focus on meaningful impact and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and optimise UKG Pro WFM modules (Advanced Scheduling, Absence, Forecasting)
• Manage workforce forecasting, labour budgeting and advanced scheduling across multiple retail locations
• Support timekeeping, shift management, labour tracking and employee lifecycle data
• Develop workforce reports on staffing, labour costs, payroll and performance
• Ensure processes comply with employment legislation, shift regulations and internal policies
• Troubleshoot UKG Pro WFM issues and coordinate with technical support
• Identify opportunities to improve workforce planning, system performance and efficiency
• Support system integrations, upgrades and ongoing process improvements
• Deliver system training and support to HR, Payroll, Store Managers and business users
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve workforce productivity and data accuracy

Key requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM or ADP Workforce Manager
• Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting and workforce budgeting
• Knowledge of UKG TeleStaff
• Workforce management within retail or multi-location environments
