Remote Adult Social Care Lawyer (Locum)

Sellick Partnership is seeking a locum Adult Social Care Lawyer to join the Local Authority’s legal services team for an anticipated 3-6 months+. The position can be undertaken remotely, with a flexible pattern over 3, 4 or 5 days per week.

The successful candidate will handle Court of Protection and High Court applications, provide advice under the Care Act 2014 and related legislation, and support across matters including safeguarding, data protection and FOI.
