- Intent HQ is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market approach for IntentOne
- You’ll turn sophisticated AI capabilities into clear, compelling reasons to buy. You’ll also bring customer and market insight into the business, helping Product, Sales and Marketing understand what buyers need, where we can win and how to demonstrate our value
- This is an opportunity to own the product marketing discipline, influence commercial strategy and see your work put into practice across a global market
- You’ll lead product marketing across two routes to market: enterprise sales and direct mid‑market acquisition. Each needs a distinct proposition, relevant evidence and a clear path to value
- Working closely with Product, Sales and the wider Marketing team, you’ll own the research, positioning and material that help customers understand IntentOne and move towards a buying decision
- You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery. That means speaking to customers, developing propositions, writing copy, equipping sales teams and helping bring new capabilities to market
- Own positioning and messaging. Develop and maintain a clear, differentiated story for IntentOne, translating technical capabilities into business value across audiences, sectors and use cases
- Build buyer and user understanding. Research their priorities, buying criteria, objections and adoption needs. Turn those insights into practical recommendations for Product, Sales and Marketing
- Lead competitive and ecosystem intelligence. Track alternatives and market developments, identify where IntentOne has an advantage, and create useful competitive guidance for live sales opportunities
- Develop audience propositions. Build distinct propositions for enterprise and mid‑market customers, with relevant messaging, evidence and paths to value
- Turn customer outcomes into proof. Work with customer‑facing teams to identify and validate results, then develop case studies, proof points and value stories that support buying decisions
- Support product launch planning. Coordinate positioning, audience priorities, enablement and market readiness for new capabilities. Review performance and apply what we learn
- Evangelisation. Drive internal training, release briefings and customer or partner sessions to build confidence in how IntentOne is understood, demoed and sold
- Equip Sales to win. Create and maintain presentations, product narratives, battlecards and objection‑handling material. Support priority deals and learn from customer conversations, wins and losses
- Guide marketing execution. Give colleagues clear messaging and evidence to use across campaigns, content, the website and events
- Partner with the AI Transformation Lead and the VP of Design. Maintain accurate product inputs, prompts and templates that generate consistent sales and marketing materials at scale
- Hands‑on delivery. Personally produce and maintain decks, proposals, talk tracks, demo flows, battlecards and customer‑facing copy, keeping them accurate and aligned with product releases
- What success looks like:
- In your first three months, you’ll build a strong understanding of IntentOne, our customers and our market, and identify where our positioning and enablement can improve
- By six months, you’ll have clear propositions for both routes to market, sales material that teams actively use, a regular competitive intelligence practice and a consistent approach to launch readiness
- Over the first year, you’ll demonstrate how your work contributes to stronger sales conversations, better conversion and improved win rates in our target segments
