Central London | Salary up to £85,000
I’m working with a leading UK real estate owner on an opportunity for an experienced Estate Operations Director to take a senior leadership position across one of Central London’s major mixed use estates.
This is a substantial and complex estate incorporating Grade A offices, retail, leisure and other uses, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional occupier experience.
The role is primarily focused on operational leadership, people management and the development of an established Property Management team.
We are looking for somebody who has already operated at a senior level, managed sizeable teams and understands what it takes to run a large, complex estate effectively.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Leading, managing and developing the Property Management team.
- Driving operational performance across a large mixed use estate.
- Developing the people strategy, team structure and performance standards.
- Overseeing substantial service charge budgets and ensuring strong financial management.
- Working closely with Technical Services to deliver effective building and estate operations.
- Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency and the wider occupier experience.
Who are we looking for?
Ideally, somebody currently operating at Director level within a leading Property Management consultancy, managing agent or client side organisation.
You will need a strong understanding of commercial Property Management, significant service charge experience and a proven track record of leading teams across large, complex buildings or estates.
Just as importantly, we need somebody who is confident, resilient, an excellent communicator and genuinely enjoys developing people.
The successful individual will need to bring established experience and be comfortable taking ownership from day one.
Salary up to £85,000 (room to negotiate for the right candidate) plus extensive benefits.
