International SOS is seeking a Head of Service Delivery in the UK to oversee the end-to-end delivery of assistance services. The role collaborates with Operations Managers, Medical Teams and global centers to ensure high-quality, compliant service and cost-effectiveness.
You will lead a team of Operations Specialists, manage staffing and performance, and drive improvements in SOPs, processes and customer service. Hybrid working: 3 days in Croydon and 2 days remote.
