Senior Health & Safety Adviser — Lead Change & Wellbeing

Pembrokeshire County Council is seeking a qualified Senior Health & Safety Adviser to join our in-house Occupational Health, Safety & Wellbeing team in Wales. You will provide expert guidance, training and support across the Council, ensuring legal compliance and managing organisational risk.

You will shape health, safety and wellbeing programmes, contribute to governance and performance management, and help develop robust systems that keep our workforce safe.
