London Civils Team Lead – Principal/Associate Engineer

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is recruiting for a Principal / Associate Civil Engineer to lead the London civils team. The role combines leadership with hands-on technical involvement across highways, drainage and development infrastructure, reporting to the Civils Discipline Lead.

The successful candidate will mentor engineers, manage projects end-to-end, and contribute to fee proposals and business development, supporting the growth of the London operation in a flexible hybrid working environment.
