Bell Cornwall Recruitment are searching for a Senior Solicitor specialising in private client (wills, trust Probate, court of protection etc) and ideally some conveyancing knowledge to join a well established high street law firm. The role will also involve supervising their team of 2 Conveyancers.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong technical knowledge – Will, trusts, probate, Court of Protection etc
• 5+ year’s post-qualification experience in a broad range of private client matters
• Strong client-management skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly to clients who may have limited legal knowledge.
• Our client is looking for a qualified Senior Solicitor who can manage and supervise the office and our 2 conveyancers/1 Solicitor at the Redditch office. The the ideal candidate will deal with Wills, Probate, Elderly Clients and have some conveyancing knowledge.

The role can be either full time or a 4-day week with an option to work from home one or two days a week.
