Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on mergers and acquisitions, investment rounds, shareholder agreements and corporate restructurings
- Supporting start-up and scale-up businesses on a variety of corporate and commercial matters
- Assisting with cross-border transactions and complex corporate projects
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities
Applicants should have at least 1 year PQE gained within a corporate team. Candidates should be technically strong, commercially minded, and enthusiastic about working with entrepreneurial and fast-growing businesses. Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and an interest in developing client relationships are essential.
