Senior Fabricator Welder

St HelensJob Details:Pay: £17.08 per hourHours of Work: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 4:30pm; Friday, 7:45am – 12:00pmDuration: Temporary to Permanent (initial 14-week temporary period)Job Role:
As a Senior Fabricator Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting engineering drawings and customer requirements to manufacture high-quality bespoke fabricated components. The role involves MIG welding, maintaining workmanship in accordance with BS EN ISO 9606-1 requirements where applicable, and contributing to continuous improvement activities. You will also act as a mentor to less experienced team members, sharing your technical expertise and supporting high standards of fabrication and welding.Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:Excellent MIG welding skills, with the ability to produce high-quality welds as a Senior Fabricator Welder.Excellent fabrication skills and experience manufacturing bespoke components.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.City & Guilds Level 3 qualification in Fabrication and Welding, or equivalent.Ability to work independently as a Senior Fabricator Welder while supporting and mentoring less experienced colleagues.Commutable From:
