Senior Rapid Response Nurse – Community Health

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Senior Staff Nurse for the Adult Community Physical Health Rapid Response Team based at Goldie Leigh, Abbey Wood, London. The role covers urgent community assessments, 7 days a week from 8am-8pm, with shifts 8am-4pm, 12pm-8pm and occasional long days 8am-8pm, including a weekend rhythm.
