Community Children’s Nurse – Special Schools (Band 6)

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board’s Community Children’s Nursing Team is seeking an experienced Band 6 nurse to provide specialist care to children and young people with additional or complex health needs in Special Schools and Observation Units across CTM.

The post involves autonomous clinical practice, training and supporting a team of specialist nurses and healthcare support workers, and working collaboratively with families and other agencies within a MDT framework.
