Regional Clinical Lead — Complex Home Care Expert

Helping Hands is seeking an experienced Regional Registered Nurse (Adult) to join our Clinical team in Newcastle. You will lead and develop person-centred care for customers with complex needs, enabling them to stay safely at home.

You will oversee clinical governance, support managers, mentor carers, and drive high standards of practice across the region, with regular travel and autonomy to shape clinical delivery in a growing care environment.
