Hybrid Casualty Claims Deputy Team Lead – Leeds

Keoghs in Leeds is seeking a Deputy Team Leader for Casualty Claims to drive team success, mentor juniors and deliver excellent client service. The role combines hands-on claims handling with leadership responsibilities and requires managing a varied caseload of approximately 150 casualty claims.

You’ll review claims, allocate work, support the Team Leader, and help maintain quality, processes and KPIs while working 35 hours per week.
