Wales Regional Locality Manager – Autism Services

The National Autistic Society is seeking a Regional Locality Manager to cover Wales Residential and Day services from Neath to Newport, with potential expansion. You will coach frontline leaders to ensure services are efficient, safe, person-centred and compliant, driving transformational change.

You’ll promote a positive workplace culture, support staff wellbeing and development, and manage resources for financial sustainability across the cluster of services.
