Job Description:
Stockport NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a VTE (Venous Thromboembolic disease) Nurse Specialist in Acute Medicine, Band 7. The post involves prevention, assessment, and management of VTE across acute medical services with a focus on safe anticoagulation and patient education.
