Night Support Worker – 8pm–8am, Consistent Shifts (Male)

Active Care Group is hiring Male Night’s Support Workers in Haverfordwest to assist a gentleman with an ABI in his own home. Shifts run 8pm–8am, with a mix of waking and sleep duties, offered full-time or part-time and on a zero-hours contract.

The role emphasizes compassionate, person-centred care, with training and ongoing support from a clinical leadership team. NVQ level 2 or 3 is preferred, with probation complete as needed.
