Job Description:
Voyage Care in Rochester is seeking a Team Leader to support our residential service and help people we support gain more independence. You will assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision, shift allocation, training, inductions, and updating care plans.
Typical shifts are 40 hours per week, consisting of 3 long days per week for 2 weeks and 2 long days plus 1 short shift for the other two weeks. Generous enhanced pay for evenings and weekends plus overtime rates apply.
