Rapid Response Home Care Professional

Choices Homecare is seeking compassionate Rapid Response Care Workers to join the Kirklees-based team on a rotating two-week rota. You will support new clients and their families, assess needs during initial visits and help establish tailored care plans.

You’ll work in clients’ homes across Kirklees, provide personal care, administer medicines per care plans, monitor wellbeing, and liaise with health professionals. The role offers block-paid shifts, mileage allowance and full training.
