Ward Administrator – Patient Care & Coordination

Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Administrator to join our busy inpatient wards, supporting safe and compassionate patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. You will manage essential administrative tasks, assist with admissions and discharges, and coordinate communications across clinical teams.

This role requires proactive IT use, strong prioritisation, and teamwork with nurses, doctors and ward staff to maintain accurate records and smooth ward operations.
