Trigon Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Observation Assessor – Health & Social Care to conduct workplace observations for learners across the South West, focusing solely on observation activity with no learner caseload.
The role offers a home-based set-up with extensive travel to sites in Portsmouth, Southampton, Bournemouth and surrounding areas, and a strong OTE potential. You will work with PDMs to support progression and ensure high-quality evidence against apprenticeship standards.
