Pediatric Community Dietitian (Hybrid) – Band 6

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Band 6 Dietitian to support the Children’s Community Dietetics service in a citywide hybrid role. The post involves a 37.5-hour week, with clinics, home visits and school sessions across Leeds.

Expect collaborative working with hospital colleagues, commissioners and paediatric teams. You will manage a caseload of children aged 0–19 years, including those with enteral feeding needs, CMPA and growth concerns, delivering care in clinics, home visits
