Night-Shift Senior Care Team Leader

Excelcare Holdings Ltd is seeking a Senior Care Assistant at Lime Court Care Home in Harwich, Essex. You will lead a team, mentor Care Assistants and work with the Home Manager to ensure outstanding care daily.

You will develop person-centred care plans, conduct risk assessments, and support residents with activities while promoting dignity, autonomy and safety. Training will be provided where needed.
