Highways Maintenance Assistant & Plant Operator

Oldham Council seeks an Assistant Roadworker to join the Highways team at Moorhey Street Depot, Oldham. The role involves operating highways vehicles, driving light/heavy plant, and performing groundworks, drainage and paving tasks to exact lines and levels.

The position is permanent, 36.66 hours per week, with a salary of £27,274–£29,071 per annum. Applicants must have highway maintenance experience, a valid driving licence, and the New Roads & Street Works Accredited Operative status.
