Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel & Spa in London invites a proactive Human Resources Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations within our 4-star hotel. You will handle HR administration, recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee lifecycle tasks to ensure compliant and brand-aligned processes.

You will collaborate with department heads, maintain records, coordinate inductions, training, and appraisals, and help create a positive employee experience. This role is based on-site in London.
