Caffè Nero, Covent Garden, London, seeks an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join the UK Recruitment Team. The role supports the Head of Recruitment and Recruitment Manager, focusing on attracting and selecting great people for our stores and ensuring a brilliant candidate experience.

You will partner with Store, Area and Regional Managers to maintain pace, manage the ATS, coach hiring teams, and drive effective recruitment campaigns while maintaining compliance and delivering strong reporting.
