About the Role

We are looking to recruit a highly experienced and professional Security Officer to support a variety of sites across the region. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, can respond to changing operational requirements at short notice, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and security standards.

The successful candidate will be required to provide cover for planned and unplanned absences, support critical operational requirements, and maintain a visible and professional security presence across multiple locations.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 5 years’ proven Security Officer experience.




• Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence.




• Possess a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.




• Have access to their own reliable vehicle.




• Be willing and able to travel up to 50 miles one way to cover operational requirements.




• Be flexible and available to work days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.




• Be prepared to accept short-notice deployments to meet business needs.




• Have excellent communication and report-writing skills.




• Be able to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.




• Have good IT skills and be comfortable using electronic reporting systems.




• Be reliable, punctual, and professional at all times.
