Orbit is seeking a Field Collections Agent in Croydon to visit customers in their homes, discuss arrears, and arrange feasible payment plans. You will work to resolve balances with empathy and clear communication, visiting customers across a 40-hour week with flexible shift patterns.
Role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle, plus comfort with fieldwork and independent scheduling. An uncapped bonus scheme accompanies a base salary with car allowance.
