Multi-Site HR Assistant: Onboarding & Admin Pro

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Network HR Assistant to support our B&Q retail logistics operations across multiple sites. You’ll manage contracts, variations, starters, leavers, right-to-work checks, references and probation tracking, while ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance.

With 37.5 hours a week and a salary up to £28,500, you’ll contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and HR reporting, while working with managers across unionised sites and benefiting from a robust benefits package.
