Part-Time Support Officer – Independent Living & Wellbeing

Together Housing Group in Chesterfield is seeking a part-time Support Officer to provide person-centred help to older people and vulnerable adults, enabling independence and wellbeing.

You will work 25 hours per week, 10:00am–3:00pm, Monday to Friday at Potters Place, with duties including supporting access to services, maintaining support plans, coordinating with partner organisations, and safeguarding residents.
