The Opportunity:
We’re looking to add a high-impact engineer to a small, specialised team responsible for the real-time risk and trading data platform that powers systematic strategies across the firm.
You’ll operate at the intersection of distributed systems, market data, and quantitative trading, designing high-reliability platforms that process large volumes of trading activity with strict latency and accuracy requirements.
Your Responsibilities (Full Spec Avail):
- Engineer high-performance, distributed systems that power real-time portfolio intelligence across complex, multi-asset trading environments.
- Build scalable analytics platforms and data pipelines that turn high-volume financial data into actionable insights on risk and P&L.
- Architect mission-critical trading infrastructure to automate complex lifecycle workflows across derivatives and multi-asset portfolios.
- Solve hard engineering problems at the intersection of systems and finance, working directly with traders and quantitative researchers to bring sophisticated strategies and analytics into production.
- Own systems end-to-end, from architecture and performance optimisation to deployment, reliability, and continuous evolution in a latency-sensitive, business-critical environment.
About You:
- Strong CompSci fundamentals (degree ideally in CompSci or equivalent)
- 4+ years building production software or data systems
- Comfortable working with high-volume data pipelines, distributed services, or performance-sensitive platforms
- Ownership mindset with the ability to take complex systems from design to production
Ready to build software where performance matters and every microsecond counts?
