The roleThe firm is looking for a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join its commercial property team in Chelmsford and work on high-quality, complex property matters. It’s a real chance to take the next step in your career with a respected firm that’s growing.You will:Advise clients on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and developmentsRun your own caseload with minimal supervision, handling large and complex transactions for a varied client baseGive strategic advice to clients in retail, hospitality, real estate development and the corporate sectorDraft and negotiate key documents, including contracts, leases and development agreementsBuild lasting client relationships and give commercial, solution-focused adviceAbout youQualified solicitor in England and Wales with 7+ years’ PQE in property lawProven record of running complex commercial property transactions on your ownCommercially minded, strategic thinker who gives sound legal advice that fits clients’ business goalsIf you don’t meet every requirement, the firm still encourages you to apply.
