Procurement Business Partner

Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end procurement for BA Cityflyer and BA Euroflyer, from inception to contracting and performance management. You will partner with senior stakeholders to manage supplier performance and ensure transparent decisions supported by quality data. You will represent BA Cityflyer and BA Euroflyer in group-wide procurement initiatives to reflect their requirements. You will drive continuous improvement of third-party services and procurement processes in a regulated environment. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activity for BA Cityflyer and BA Euroflyer from inception to contracting to performance management
• Partner with stakeholders on supplier management, guiding on contractual and performance matters
• Represent BA Cityflyer and BA Euroflyer in group-wide procurement activities to reflect requirements
• Ensure decisions by senior stakeholders are transparent and data-driven to meet cost and service targets
• Support review and development of third-party services and procurement processes for continuous improvement

Key requirements

• Led end-to-end procurement and supplier management in a regulated environment
• Managed third-party suppliers against contract terms and SLAs
• Developed procurement processes including RFx, due diligence, contract formation and supplier management
• MCIPS or willingness to work towards it
• Graduate or graduate-level capability

• Understanding of procurement concepts, tools and techniques
• Contract law understanding and ability to draft terms and conditions
