Overview

Join a Cheltenham-based Real Estate Associate role within a collaborative, community-focused law team. You will work across UK and international offices on a broad mix of commercial and real estate matters, from leases to investment deals. Responsibilities

• support and manage a range of commercial real estate transactions (leases, landlord and tenant matters, investment deals, disposals, portfolio transactions)
• work collaboratively with colleagues across UK and international offices
• build lasting relationships with investors, developers and occupiers
• deliver premium, responsive service to clients
• participate in a collegiate, highly regarded team environment

Key requirements

• 2+ PQE (experience level)
